Having seen nearly all the parts of every cast member’s body, it’s impossible to imagine that they don’t spend hours in the gym every day. Fitness expert Scott Herman has a few opinions on Hudson’s workout: To meet Hudson’s goal of adding 10 lbs of muscle, he’s not doing the right exercises. Not to worry, Herman created a workout to meet Hudson’s goals. Scott Herman also gets the award for best Boston accent evah.

What about Kip?

Unfortunately Robbie G.K. hasn’t posted his workout routine. Judging from Heated Rivalry, whatever he does is working. Since we don’t have a workout to share, here’s a fine recipe for a blueberry banana smoothie:
